Self-assigning to verify what's what happens with all the reftest-dotted tests. I think the overlapping bit was fixed by mrobinson long time ago, but those reftests still fail.

Looks like those tests are testing the particular algorithm that gecko uses to place the dot, which is expected to not match WebRender. So I think we should just update the test for dotted corners when we enable WR or something like that. The original issue here is fixed, probably by this commit in April: https://github.com/servo/webrender/commit/76b32fd2de14d03d4d53b67389561e1788338c77.
