Details

User Agent: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows NT 10.0; Win64; x64; rv:56.0) Gecko/20100101 Firefox/56.0 Build ID: 20171024165158 Steps to reproduce: Installed Keeper Security password manager and turned on AutoFill. Actual results: Keeper Security views nearly all fields in Firefox as username/password entry fields, including the URL address field. Clicking in nearly any field opens Keeper, and it will not allow further action until I quit Firefox. Expected results: Clicking in a username or password field in a website should open a Keeper Security window to enter my master password, then auto-fill the correct username and password for the site.
Keeper Security says this is a known bug. Their solution is to switch to Chrome. I've done that on my Android. If I can't get this fixed I'll have to switch to Chrome on my work PC and my Macs at home. Please advise if this is being addressed. Keeper Security used to work on my Android. Last year it stopped working and started reacting to any field as a Username/Password field. It would start up Keeper. When I entered my master password it would open the vault, and would not let me return to Firefox until I quit.
Either they have hard coded it to only work with Chrome or we need to support the AutoFill API on Android 8.0. Either way the only way it would work is if we support the AF API.

(In reply to bthis@swbell.net from comment #1) > Keeper Security used to work on my Android. Last year it stopped working Although does the current version of Keeper Security still work with an old Firefox version from last year (try some of the old mozilla-central-android-api-15 Nightlies from https://ftp.mozilla.org/pub/mobile/nightly/2016/)? If yes, it might still be interesting to know what changed on our side to break things...
