Seems to me like an exploit (which creates Temporary files appdata>local>Temp). This is not a regression, as it is reproducible on 56.0.2 also. When i asked my friend she told me that she was using software(website?) called 'wix'. It is creator used to insert gfx inside flash to make it harder to copy. I do not have link to the 'wix' software/website. But maybe it is wix.com? I think that they no longer support flash today. She was sharing a link for me with art that she did 10 years ago or something like that.
