Steps to reproduce:
Attempting to manage my BiPAC 7800NL modem fails with Seamonkey 2.48 on MSWindows, returning a "401 Unauthorized Authorization required." page, rather than a login screen. This worked on previous version of Seamonkey. Other browsers like Chrome still work.

Actual results:
"401 Unauthorized Authorization required." page.
Expected results:
Login screen should appear.
