I'm affected too. I found a workaroud: 1) use external buttons: https://addons.mozilla.org/firefox/addon/minimize-the-window/ https://addons.mozilla.org/firefox/addon/maximize-the-window/ https://addons.mozilla.org/firefox/addon/close-the-window/ 2) Place a flexible space on the url bar. flexible space allows you to drag the window, but, as you said, it only works when not using default theme from tab bar; while it works everytime when placed on the url bar. (maybe a problem with items Z-index?) Not perfect, but at least it works.
Hey Martin, should these CSD bugs be marked as regressions for something that landed?

It's not a regression but missing implementation, dupe of Bug 1424422 (buttons) and Bug 1423851 (titlebar drag).
