It looks like "h1" runs for close to 60 minutes on Windows 7 opt and Windows 7 pgo (other platforms look okay). If it cannot be split up or optimized to run faster, we should set a larger max-run-time at

Thanks Geoff, yes unfortunately it can't be split up as it's just the one test (ts_paint_heavy). Amazing the duration difference, on Win 10 it's only approx. 35 min. I'll make a patch to change the max run time (h2 had similar issue).

That should reduce intermittents where the test is running fine but extends beyond the default 60 min. This particular intermittent looks like an issue with cloning the simple profile:

I haven't seen this before, let's just see if it was a one time thing or something that happens more frequently.
