context menu for URL field moves when tooltip appears or when different item on the menu is highlighted. to reproduce: 1. highlight web address and right click to show "undo/cut/copy/paste/delete/select all" menu 2. wait for tooltip to show up (tooltip is "enter search term, keyword, or web address") 3. highlight different item on menu by moving mouse pointer. 4. menu jumps up and down when you move mouse. since many people copy paste addresses, this can cause people to click wrong item easily (and paste when they are trying to copy for example)

There's a bug filed on this, can't find it for now.
