Details

The code is disabled, doesn't work (with no backend available) on any of the currently supported platforms. It should be removed as it uses the MediaStreamGraph and the MediaStream in a very specific manners adding unnecessary complexity If not removed, then at least make it so that it doesn't require unique and dedicated APIs in MediaStream.
It looks like Bug 1248897 is addressing the issues, is this bug still needed for now?

it's a different thing direct audio.. and it was already removed in bug 1331696
