STR: Open a page in reader mode and bookmark it. Actual Results: The bookmark never surfaces in Highlights on new tab or in the Library menu Highlights section. Expected Results: Item should appear in both Highlights lists and, when visited, should open in Reader Mode.

It also looks like if you open a webpage that is already bookmarked (and so the bookmark icon is a filled in star), then open it in Reader Mode, the page no longer shows as bookmarked (the icon is an unfilled star).
