See bug 141278 comment 9. The download manager is way too big by default (600px
by 400px or so). It should not be taking up so much screen real estate,
especially since there is no real reason to be doing that when it's opened the
first time (it's mostly empty at that point).

Mass removing adt1.0.0, and adding adt1.0.1 because, we are now on 1.0.1.
