According to https://github.com/therealglazou/bluegriffon/search?utf8=%E2%9C%93&q=getHeadContentsAsHTML&type= and https://dxr.mozilla.org/comm-central/search?q=getHeadContentsAsHTML&redirect=false, no one uses this method. Let's remove this.
