We've got a cronjob that does a partial dump of production data, and puts it at https://balrog-public-dump-prod.s3.amazonaws.com/dump.sql.txt. We recently changed this dump to be xz compressed. We should rename this to dump.sql.txt.xz to avoid confusion.

I made the change here: https://github.com/mozilla-services/cloudops-deployment/pull/1488 It will go out next time we deploy the admin instance.
