Pref Settings:
TabbedBrowsing: all are checked except, 'hide tab bar when only one tab open'
Reproduce:
bring up email message containing URL
attempt middle click - no response
attempt control click - no response
regular click - current tab in latest browser window is overlaid
with the content for the URL
Expected:
content for URL placed in new tab in latest browser window
