* start a new profile
* go to the File menu > Work offline
* visit about:addons
We could probably come up with something a bit more modern.

Forwarding to Emanuela as she works on about:addons refresh.
Looks like something we should be aware of when re-building, but not urgent in redoing right now.
Our new illustration might look cute here... :-)
