As noted in bug 1427340 comment 14, it's better to move to a more modern image, based on Debian stretch. However, I expect bug 1432390 to make the setup easier, and I'm close to getting that done, so I'll wait for that.

The images bit makes sense to me. I'm rubber-stamping the bits about upx and ucl and mingw32..
