Follow-up to bug 1430632: currently, font variation settings are not preserved when printing.
Probably just means we need to add variation support to the Moz2D recording stream.

With this, the variation-font examples on axis-praxis generate the proper instances in printed output. (Without the patch, printing only works OK if e10s is disabled.)
