Details

Since we no longer support legacy themes that require the browser to restart before they're installed, we should remove the "addon-theme-change" prompt code from https://searchfox.org/mozilla-central/source/browser/base/content/browser-addons.js#672.
This is meant to be covered by bug 1372694 (and bug 1372695) but those are rather large tasks, breaking this down so somebody can work on just the front-end parts independently sounds good to me.
