Details

(Whiteboard: DUPEME)

If you open a window using javascript and specify that it doesn't have any of the menus, etc. and then hit Ctrl-T to open a tab, the window blanks but no tabs are given at the top to allow you to return to the original contents of the window. This is tested in Build 2002041717 RC1.
