Details

STR: 1. Set media.autoplay.enabled = false 2. Open https://vimeo.com/251713531 3. Click the video to start playback. RESULT: The video goes black and appears to be buffering, but the video does not play.
WONTFIX as per bug 1428288 comment 1: The "media.autoplay.enabled=false" pref should be used with "media.autoplay.enabled.user-gestures-needed=true".
