User Agent: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows NT 10.0; Win64; x64; rv:58.0) Gecko/20100101 Firefox/58.0 Build ID: 20180128191252 Steps to reproduce: 1) Load http://www.travelandleisure.com/travel-news/groundhog-day-2018-prediction in a new tab 2) Open a second tab and make this one the active tab 3) Move mouse cursor over the http://www.travelandleisure.com/travel-news/groundhog-day-2018-prediction tab 4) The site favicon background appears and then disappears GIF showing the issue: https://i.imgur.com/hpxrYDS.gif Actual results: The site favicon flickers in and out. Expected results: Presumably the favicon background isn't supposed to flicker in and out.
