this is one in the same. it's a matter of using rdf template's / rules correctly. New Folder dialog should just show non-nntp servers / folder, and simple Subscribe should just show nntp servers eventually, the simple subscribe will be going away. but until then, its for news only.

fixed, thanks to some help from waterson. now "New Folder" dialog just show non-nntp servers / folders, and simple Subscribe just show nntp servers marking m12.
the reason I fixed this bug now, is I'm working on #14254 and cleaning up house as I work on that bug.

Verified on Linux 12-02-09-M12, Verified on WinNT 12-01-13-M12, Verified on Mac 12-01-13-M12, All platforms for "New Folder" dialog just show non-nntp servers/folders, and simple Subscribe just show nntp servers now. Mark as Verified!!
