User Agent: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows NT 10.0; Win64; x64; rv:60.0) Gecko/20100101 Firefox/60.0 Build ID: 20180204102054 Steps to reproduce: Using Firefox Nightly on Windows 10 x64 v1709 build 16299.214 (latest) with the latest nVidia driver v390.77 causing random flickering and window flashing and also some visual artifacts (1435612 could be linked to this possibly as well). This only happened after I updated my nVidia drivers from 390.65 to 390.77. Actual results: Windows flashing and random flickering and visual artifacts. Expected results: No flickering, flashing, or visual artifacts.

I've had this problem with previous nvidia drivers. I do believe the 390.77 drivers create flickering more often though.

Same problem here with Nvidia 390.77. Easiest way to reproduce flickering: 1. Try open bunch of random websites, like https://www.youtube.com/ https://www.twitch.tv/ https://stackoverflow.com/ https://twitter.com/ https://www.polygon.com/ https://www.theverge.com/ https://www.usatoday.com/ 2. Open http://kokoska.janeek.eu/ (some random fanmade website for Path of Exile game). 3. Close some random tabs and close kokoska.janeek.eu 4. Open http://kokoska.janeek.eu/ again. Will flicker almost always.

Is it fixed in the latest Nightly? (gfx.webrender.all;true) Then we could dupe this over to bug 1431560.

I believe this is a dupe of our main flicker bug (windows/NV). Please ping back if you still see issues.
