Details
Steps to reproduce:
1. Go to Tools > Preferences (Mac: Firefox > Preferences).
2. Go to the "Privacy and Security" menu item.
3. Click the link to delete "Single cookies".
4. In the upcoming window, scroll down.
Result:
Modal dialog scrollbar scrolls as well as the parent Options UI's content.
Expected:
Only the modal dialog should scroll.

Thanks for the bug report. I am able to reproduce this but only for the first scroll when the modal dialog opens.

This was filed before bug 1438527 but the other one is probably where it's getting fixed, so duping :)
