Steps to reproduce: 1. set media.autoplay.enabled;false and media.autoplay.enabled.user-gestures-needed;true 2. Navigate to http://thehill.com/homenews/senate/373290-gillibrand-if-trump-wants-due-process-well-have-hearings-on-the-allegations Actual results: Ad autoplays, video autoplays. Expected results: Videos do not play without user user asking for them to play.

Seems to be working as expected with the current block autoplay behaviour in Nightly.
