Steps to reproduce:
View of drop down on existing websites (second step of bank logons - Halifax and Smile) - it appears double spaced compared to previous levels of Firefox and other browsers (Chrome, IE)

Bug reappeared in FF 68.0 - it disappeared in FF 64.0.2 and reappeared in FF 68.0.

Emilio, it looks like bug 1375476 affected this by changing the font used in some way, even for dropdowns that don't explicitly style the <option> elements at all; is that expected?
