File upload Tag is ugly rendered using css

Details
Add a form with File upload tag like this:
<input type="file" name="file" style="width: 300px">
color your html page grey (not white)
Result: A white area is right from the button, the Input dimenstions will not be
changed.

This bug appears for me in RC2 Win2000 (build 2002051006)
