Details

Since Bug 1419255 fix, the crash under WebRenderBridgeChild::~WebRenderBridgeChild() still happens. https://crash-stats.mozilla.com/report/index/4054eaf5-f9d8-471e-beea-7d8970180214
Though, with mozilla crash report, the majority of nsObserverService::RemoveObserver crashes seem to happen under TileExpiry::~TileExpiry on andorid.
