STR: 1. Have your nightly download an update. 2. While the download happens, visit the "about nightly" dialog. Expected: * I see a message showing the download. * when the download is finished, I see the button to restart and apply the update. Actual: * I see a message that the update failed and I have to download the full package. This is happening to me a lot on nightly especially, because this is very often that when I restart my Nightly an outdated update applies (bug 353804) so I want to apply the newer update right away and visit this "about" page for this. I think this is quite new, this was working as expected maybe 1 month ago. Or at least last year.

(Adding the keyword "regression", but this will be difficult to get a regression-window for such a thing as updates)
