[TSF] Suggestion of word of English keyboard on build 17074.1002 inserts chosen word rather than replacing typing word

Starting from next Windows 10 major update, English keyboard will have a suggestion window of typing word. This is currently optional, you need to enable this feature from system's keyboard settings. On build 17074.1002 (currently, the latest version of slow ring), when you select a word from suggest window, the chosen word is inserted at caret position rather than replacing typing word. For example, when I type "ho" and choose "how", then, it becomes "hohow". Note that on build 17101.1000 (currently, the latest version of fast ring), this bug isn'r reproduced because this bug must be avoided by Microsoft.
