Trees are closed for this. At the moment there are 36 running gecko-t-win10-64-gpu machine running and >800 jobs pending. The number fell but there was an increase by 8 machines a few minutes ago.

We have currently 99 running instances, but no pending tasks.
Issue has been resolved by the people at ~2am UTC.
