User Agent: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows NT 10.0; Win64; x64) AppleWebKit/537.36 (KHTML, like Gecko) Chrome/64.0.3282.167 Safari/537.36 Steps to reproduce: 1. Download and load the extension. 2. Open "https://bugzilla.mozilla.org/". 3. Open debugger. Actual results: The extension fetches "https://bugzilla.mozilla.org/" and prints HTML code of it, but network panel cannot find the request. Expected results: Network monitor should record requests from content scripts.

Upping this one after report in https://github.com/mdn/translated-content/issues/3749 / https://github.com/mozilla/addons/issues/1381
If this cannot be fixed easily, is it possible to update the docs to mention this limitation? (follow-up of https://github.com/mdn/translated-content/issues/3749 since the DevTools' docs are now under mozilla-central/source/devtools/docs/user/network_monitor/request_list/index.rst)

Good points, Bug 1761753 reported (let's see what will be fixed first :)
I am also blocking "browser-toolbox" meta (hoping we could get to this in a few months)
