Right now everything is in CodeCoverageMixin, but ccov and jsdcov don't share any code in this file, so I think they should be in separate mixins.
The linux64-jsdcov build has been disabled, and no longer runs in taskcluster, see bug 1496791. The code for jsdcov has been removed from the CodeCoverageMixin class.
