Talos has detected a Firefox performance regression from push:

As author of one of the patches included in that push, we need your help to address this regression.

Regressions:

  7%  tsvgr_opacity linux64 opt e10s stylo     183.33 -> 196.78
  5%  tsvgr_opacity linux64 pgo e10s stylo     169.22 -> 177.32

:mconley The fix from bug 1445455 caused these perf regressions. Can you please look and address them?

This seems to be the inversion of bug 1444891 comment 12.

At least partial, yeah. I think this is a WONTFIX - we were doing less work before because we were broken. Feel free to re-open if you disagree.
