This is the second milestone of the work for getting remote profiling for GeckoView working. The work includes symbolication for local builds. This is a separate milestone as local symbolication is being solved in perf.html and needs more spec work to come up with passable workflow. User End Goals - Have the on-par profiling experience for local builds.
