scrolls twice (i.e. it is as if I hit pagedown twice!).
Reproducible: Always
Steps to Reproduce:
1. Go History
2. Expand history so that it is several screen long
3. Scroll by clicking in the scroll bar
Actual Results: Screen double scrolls
Expected Results: Single scroll (i.e. one page down/up)

BuildID: 2002081308
MacOS 10.1.5
I get two skips when I click on scrollbar in history window - the first is one
screen, but the second skip goes to the y position of the original click
Also get double-scrolling clicks in history autoautocomplete.
Similar to bug reported in http://bugzilla.mozilla.org/show_bug.cgi?id=115232
for web pages on SunOS or Solaris.
Confirmed using Mac/2002080208/9.2.2.
The point of clicking on the scrollbar is significant. If the distance between your second click and
the bottom of the elevator is less than the elevator height, then the double-scroll problem
doesn't manifest. However, if the distance is greater, the double-scroll problem does seem to
manifest.

Note that some times i have the problem in a normal web pages.
I have always the problem with the bug form
http://bugzilla.mozilla.org/enter_bug.cgi?product=Browser&format=guided
With the bug list scroll bars, not the window scroll bars.
Today Build 2002082808, MasOS 9.1

This bug is targeted at a Mac classic platform/OS, which is no longer supported
by mozilla.org. Please re-target it to another platform/OS if this bug applies
there as well or resolve this bug.
I will resolve this bug as WONTFIX in four weeks if no action has been taken.
