Steps to reproduce:
I tried to delete some cookies. I clicked confirm changes, then the window opened.
Actual results:
The window was too small, so i couldn't confirm or cancel.
Expected results:
A bigger window would have shown the buttons.

I can reproduce this issue on my machine Mozilla/5.0 (Windows NT 10.0; Win64; x64; rv:61.0) Gecko/20100101 Firefox/61.0
