Microsoft reports application crashes to us for apps that aren't latched into our crash reporting system in Firefox. pingsender.exe does not have crash protection or reporting, so when it crashes, Windows reports the error to WinQual. Going through this, will try to post valid stacks for issues that look like we can address.

So we don't have mozilla symbols on this Microsoft site yet. Have to work on that once it's supported. Good news is this app rarely crashes (very low volume) and generally stacks look like operating system issues vs. in-app issues. (crashes before the main thread starts for example.)

Making this p4 for now, can bump it up if more actionable information arrives.
