Steps to reproduce:
This is nearly identical to Bug 1337778 ( https://bugzilla.mozilla.org/show_bug.cgi?id=1337778 ) except this is any tab, foreground, or background.
This happens 100% of the time, even starting the browser
Actual results:
At the top, a yellow colored popup bar appears stating "WidevineCdm plugin has crashed. Learn more" (Link to Adobe Flash crash information)

Based on the crash signature and description, this report looks to me the same as bug 1443637, therefore moving to duplicate it.
