Randell says: "the redirect to abcnews.go.com takes 930ms for us, 434 for Chrome(!) I see some explanation of this when I look at the size: 41.4K for Chrome, 197.41K for us! (201793 bytes vs 42004 bytes). So nowhere *near* the same content." Is abcnews.go.com serving different content to Firefox and Chrome? To my eye, the pages look the same.

P2 feels right as a default for performance bugs tied to our nimbledroid informed perf work.

Klar+GV is not blocking tracking scripts correctly (bug 1459037), so we can't fairly compare Focus+WebView vs Klar+GeckoView yet.

Chrome Beta: 7.80 ms
Fenix: 8.32 ms
Fenix slowdown: -6.67%
GVE: 13.29ms (Why is GVE so much slower than Fenix??)
