Looks like a great start! Is the current plan to implement an MVP based on Harald's mockups? (In which case, I can help with visual polish.) Or, are there bigger workflow questions that would require more discussion/mockups? I haven't read the entire doc yet but I understand the initial goal to match Chrome functionality with an Application panel.
