Details
I've been working on a prototype that bundles JSX files into a webpack bundle in m-c based on some work that nalexender did before. Once I verify that incremental builds, it'll be ready to float for feedback.

I think there's no actual work to do for this bug, in the sense that whatever solution we come up with for bug 1583304 will need to account for JSX files. Keeping this open just to verify that it does.
