Details
Right now when the a11y tool is loaded, or when navigation happens, or when the page is being re-loaded, the tree/properties panel stays in a "stale" state until we get "document-ready" event and re-render the UI.
It would be great to have a "busy" UI for that time interval so the user is aware that things are being processed/built.
