Hello,
I have reproduced this issue on Ubuntu 16.04 with KDE Plasma work-space theme installed on the 3 main versions of Firefox (Release v60.0.2, Beta - v61.0b12, Nightly - v62.0a1)
This issue does not occur on the Cinnamon theme of the Ubuntu default theme.

Same here with Linux 4.14.40, Manjaro KDE 64bits; Firefox 60.0.2 (64-bit).
Once the title bar is disabled in the customize page, you need to enable it again to be able to resize the window.
