1. in Windows setting app, check the last option in "Account", "Login Option", so Windows will restore windows status from reboot
2. open Firefox with several tabs
3. reboot Windows

You can see Firefox is not restored with previous tabs and windows.

We're working on this through bug 603903 - the plan is to test it in Firefox 62.
I'll mark this bug as dupe of bug 603903

This is not a duplicate.
Windows 10 1803 reboot to restore feature is different from Windows Restart Manager, which means you have to restore session manually

Actually, isn't this already supported?
I just tried to restart W10 20H2 with that toggle enabled, and firefox 100b6 pleasantly re-opened with all my tabs.

Contrary to comment #2, the Windows 10 Restart app feature uses Restart Manager behind the scene (at least for Win32 desktop apps). And we already implemented this.
