Actual results: Currently there is only a FROM-TO-CC-BCC filter available. When I want to filter on TO and FROM I have to create to conditions in the filter. Expected results: I would like to filter for TO and FROM with defining only one condition.

Unfortunately, implementing a single condition to filter TO and FROM on the same condition isn't feasible in terms of UI design. We cannot include every possible combination in the UI (wontfix). TO and FROM is a bit of an edge case, would only work for messages where you (B)CC'ed yourself. Instead, we'd want to allow users to freely mix AND and OR conditions for searches and filters, which is bug 297852. With that, any combinations will be possible. So I'll mark this bug as a duplicate of that.
