When viewing a long web page, scrolling by clicking in the scroll bar does not work correctly. For example, if I look at freshmeat.net, and try to scroll down exactly one page by single-clicking in the scroll bar, the effect is that of having clicked twice in the scroll bar. That is, the browser scrolls down one page, then half a second later it scrolls down another page. A similar problem occurs when trying to scroll up using the same method. This behaviour is with build 2002051009 (rc2 I think). The browser is running on Linux but is displaying on an X server on Solaris. Running side by side with 2002051009, I have 2001090111. That older build does not exhibit the incorrect behaviour. Might it be a toolkit problem?
