This is an offshoot of bug 144559. The timers that are running in turbo mode have been identified and this was one of them. Under the new turbo model (completely process termination and restart), the problems with this timer can be eliminated by starting the timer later in the cycle.

Quicklaunch is done based on: Bug 383161 – keep in memory (turbo mode?) for faster startup not working so this one should be WONTFIX I guess.
WONTFIX: nsBookmarksService.cpp and the whole XPFE bookmarks system is gone.
