https://treeherder.mozilla.org/perf.html#/graphs?series=autoland,1645987,1,1&series=autoland,1682818,1,1&series=autoland,1651057,1,1&series=autoland,1683087,1,1 perf_reftest_singletons performance is slightly worse with WR enabled on Linux. On Windows the perf is about the same with and without WR, but kinda noisy so it's hard to tell. It might be slightly worse on Windows too, but for now let's assume Linux-only.
