Adobe SVG plugin requires nsIPrincipal to be frozen
Well, I eventually wanted to combine nsIPrincipal with nsICertificatePrincipal, but that may be a ways off. In the meantime, if they need nsIPrincipal to be frozen, please have someone contact me and we'll talk about it - I'd like to find out how they're using it.
