linux (1999-09-23--09 M11)
Steps:
1. From Messenger, click on New Msg to open a Compose window
2. From Compose window, click on the Address button to display the Address
Picker dialog.
3. Select a name from the right pane. Click on To: button, the name is displayed
in the lower right pane.
4. Select another name and click on the Cc: button and click on OK. Address
picker dialog is closed
Actual result: Notice the Compose window only display the name in the To: field,
it does not display the name in the Cc: field. The Cc: field is gray out.
Expected result: Both To: and Cc fields should be displayed
Have not tested Win32 and Mac yet.
Win_nt (1999-09-24-09 M11)
This does not occur on Win_nt 4.0
As an update... using 1999092909m11 on NT 4.0, different results happen: As soon
as I pick names for To: and CC: from the address picker, the compose window
address block display gets wacked -- duplicated lines appear, address area runs
into the subject line, etc. Similar to 15001, 15009.

Win32 (1999-12-15-09 M12)
Mac (1999-12-15-08 M12)
This problem no longer exists. Both Cc and Bcc fields are displayed in the
Compose window addressing field.Since I opened this bug, I am going to mark it
worksforme. If it is a problem with anyone, please let me know.
However, Drag the scroll bar causes application to crash. See bug 21843.
